While researching their town’s history for a school project, a group of seventh graders uncover a chilling secret—an ancient vampire whose dark influence still lingers. As they dig deeper, they realize the legend is real, and time is running out. With courage, friendship, and a few unlikely allies, they must stop the creature before history repeats itself—this time, with them as the victims.
SYNOPSIS
In the quiet town of Westmore, seventh-grader Jesse and his friends—Amaya, Lucy, Tyrone, and Kevin—take on a school project that pulls them deep into the town’s history. What begins as routine research takes a chilling turn when they uncover an unsettling truth: the legend of the Westmore Vampire isn’t just a local myth. While searching through the town archives, the librarian grants them access to an old journal belonging to Jesse’s ancestor, the town’s sheriff over a century ago. Inside, they uncover disturbing details about Orlin, a vampire sealed away after a mysterious illness swept through Westmore’s children.
But some legends refuse to stay buried. As the friends dig deeper, their stern and secretive teacher, Ms. Cooper, starts watching them a little too closely. When they stumble upon a hidden map that could lead to Orlin’s resting place, they realize they’re not the only ones searching for answers. With eerie occurrences mounting and danger closing in, Jesse and his friends must unravel Westmore’s secrets before history repeats itself—this time, with them at the center of it all.
